From onboarding and account questions to payments and internal processes, she’s often the person behind the scenes making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
With a background in data entry and systems-based work, Jillian brings a detail-driven, client-first approach to operations. As a former RISE Society scholarship winner, she understands the client experience firsthand, which fuels her commitment to transparency, advocacy, and clear communication. She is often the go-to point of contact for billing and account-related questions, helping clients feel informed and confident about their investment.
