From clinical research to integrative women’s health, Alyssa brings a decade of coaching experience rooted in both science and lived experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with minors in Nutrition and Psychology, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and current PhD candidacy in Integrative Medicine with a natural health and Eastern philosophy focus, Alyssa blends functional medicine with behavior change and lifestyle-based healing. Board Certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner, her background spans clinical research, behavioral health care management, women’s health coaching, and gymnastics coaching, giving her a uniquely well-rounded lens on the body and mind.

Alyssa specializes in hormone balance, PCOS, thyroid imbalances, and the gut-brain axis, helping women restore their health without relying on extremes or quick fixes. Her work focuses on sustainable lifestyle change rather than calorie obsession, macros, or medications alone. Clients have regained consistent menstrual cycles, lost weight without GLP-1 medications, and rediscovered what it feels like to feel healthy again. By addressing the root causes behind symptoms and teaching clients how their body actually works, Alyssa helps women build long-term results that support every season of life, including pregnancy and postpartum.

Alyssa’s coaching style is supportive, educational, and accountability-driven. She meets women where they are while providing clear structure, compassionate honesty, and practical guidance that fits real life. Having navigated her own PCOS journey, including significant weight gain, hormonal imbalance, fibroids, and cysts, Alyssa understands the frustration of feeling disconnected from your body. Through an integrative approach, she has lost over 100 pounds, restored her cycle, and come off all prescription medications. That lived experience fuels her mission to empower women with knowledge, confidence, and belief in what’s possible. Alyssa thrives with clients who are ready to take ownership of their health, commit to sustainable change, and pursue healing that lasts far beyond short-term results. .
